SUMMARY:Decorating Birdhouses - Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun and playful workshop. We’ll use all sorts of natural items and paint to decorate a working bird nest box for the Carolina Wren. Your creativity will shine! You’ll decide whether to keep it simple\, go rustic like the example\, or go wild with colorful paint. Your personality will shine through as you watch your house come to life. At the end\, you’ll take your house home to hang in a tree and see if you get any tenants from your backyard birds\, or put it on your lanai as a great decoration! We will discuss the proper way to mount the nest box\, along with cleaning instructions\, so you can use it season after season.\nEveryone is sure to have a blast\, so sign up soon\, as spaces are limited to 12 people. \n\n\nThe workshop is $30 for members and $35 for non-members.
