SUMMARY:Spring Social - Earth Day
DESCRIPTION:Our next meeting will be a social event with plenty of opportunity to socialize\, get to know each other a little better and say goodbye to our “snow bird” members before they make their way back to the North! \nOur event will be a “potluck” luncheon at McKibben Park on Friday\, April 22 at Noon.  Please make a favorite dish to share with your fellow gardeners.  Beverages\, plates and flatware will be provided\, but please bring serving spoons/forks for your dish.\n\nI know we have several members who are experiencing significant health issues that may prevent them from being able to cook and carry a dish to contribute\, but I sincerely hope this will not prevent any of you from participating in our event\,  We want your company and there will be plenty of food\, I’m sure!\n\nOur scholarship and photo contest winner will be announced at this event\,  We hope to see everyone there for the camaraderie\, games and conversation.
